1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by GARRA Sports (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with any of our services (including but not limited to personal training, coaching, events, or online programs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use any part of our site or services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENT

By using our site or services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and legally capable of entering binding agreements. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. ACCOUNT CREATION & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and account registrations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

SECTION A — ONLINE STORE TERMS

4a. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, PACKAGING, & CONDITION

Products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Limit quantities ordered per person, household, or account

  • Cancel orders that violate our restrictions (including multiple orders to the same address)

Please note that some items sold on our website may not come in their original packaging. While we strive to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition, packaging may vary depending on availability or supplier practices. This does not affect the quality or authenticity of the product. Additionally, items may exhibit wear due to being tried on or handled in-shop.

4b. AUTHENTICITY

Add-ons - including, but not limited to, player name customizations, player number customizations, and/or initials customizations are not authentic details, but the jerseys and other items that include them fully are.

5. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales made through the GARRA Sports website are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

This applies to apparel, accessories, digital products, and all other shop items.

6. BILLING & PAYMENT TERMS

By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. We are not responsible for bank fees, overdraft charges, or declined payments.

Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases may be reported to authorities.

SECTION B — SERVICE TERMS (PERSONAL TRAINING, COACHING, EVENTS)

7. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, session, program, or offering at any time, with or without notice, but will always attempt to make contact.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY — 48-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED

To cancel or reschedule personal training or coaching sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

  • Packages and sessions expire as described at the time of purchase; no extensions are guaranteed.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any GARRA Sports activities — including but not limited to personal training, physical conditioning, sports sessions, classes, or online programs — you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury, strain, illness, or death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • You certify that you are physically capable of safely participating and have consulted a physician if needed.

  • GARRA Sports, its employees, trainers, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in any services or use of any facility or equipment.

You agree to release, defend, and hold harmless GARRA Sports from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation.

Some jurisdictions may not allow releases of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION C — USER CONTENT & CONDUCT

10. FEEDBACK, SUBMISSIONS & COMMENTS

Any submissions, feedback, or materials you provide may be used by us without restriction. You grant GARRA Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish such content.

You may not upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our site or services to:

  • Violate laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual property

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Spread malware, viruses, or malicious code

  • Impersonate others

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

  • Interfere with website functionality or security

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.

SECTION D — MEDIA RELEASE

12. CONSENT TO PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA USE

By using our services (online or in-person), attending events, or participating in training sessions, you understand and agree that:

  • GARRA Sports may record, photograph, or capture video of you during activities.

  • You grant us permission to use these images, videos, or audio recordings for promotional, commercial, or educational purposes, including social media, advertising, and website content.

  • This consent is perpetual, irrevocable, and carries no compensation.

  • If you wish to opt out of media use, you must notify us in writing before participating.

SECTION E — LEGAL & ADMINISTRATIVE

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this site — including graphics, logos, text, videos, training plans, and branding — is owned by or licensed to GARRA Sports and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

14. PRIVACY POLICY

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected, used, and protected.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain tools or services may be provided by third-party vendors (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or region in which GARRA Sports operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

You agree to attempt to resolve disputes with us informally before pursuing arbitration or legal action. Any unresolved disputes may be handled through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

18. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
